You’ll undress to your comfort level and lie on a comfortable, padded massage table. You’ll always be professionally draped, with only the area being worked on uncovered. Throughout your session, you can request more or less pressure or speak up if anything needs to change.

After the session, you’ll have a few moments to re-center and get grounded. I may offer simple stretches, hydration reminders, or recommendations for how often to schedule based on your goals.
